Traditional Puerto Rican moonshine, made in the Bronx. Pitorro shine is created using a mash of New York State apple cider and honey, the fermentation is allowed 14-21 days to mature. This product is then aged for at least one year in used oak barrels.
Similar to an aged rum or tequila, but with a fresh apple fruit, this specialty spirit is one to try. Aged at least one year, usually longer.
