This clear pear brandy is produced from New York State Bartlett pears harvested at varied ripeness levels for a layering effect. Just as wines reflect the character of the soil and climate in which they are grown, a fine pear brandy can showcase the unique qualities of pears grown in New York State, which this one does quite nicely.
