Pear Brandy

Coppersea Pear Brandy is made entirely from pears sourced in New Yorks Hudson Valley. Whole pears are mashed and fermented in open-top oak hogsheads and fermented with a combination of champagne and wild yeasts. The mash is then distilled twice in direct-fired copper pot stills. The clear pear spirit is aged for just over one year in new American charred oak barrels
