American Whiskey starts with wheat and corn grown nearby our distillery in Lakewood, New York. It is first rested on hand-charred, locally grown and milled white oak staves. We then finish it in whiskey barrels in the spirit o f true pioneers. Oaky and vanilla notes with toasted oak, dark coffee and subtle sweetness on the palate.
Aged using locally grown and milled white oak staves. Then finished in whiskey barrels that have been aged with maple syrup.
