Distilled from locally produced maple syrup. Aged in used oak barrels that once held bourbon and then maple syrup for a minimum of 6 months. Made like a rum but sips like a bourbon.
Inherently a seasonal product due to its source.

I was intrigued at the prospect of a drink made from distilled maple sap. I had no idea what to expect. It seems like a rum.... Right? This is a smooth easy drink. I had it on the rocks and with some aromatic bitters. Both were good. It wasn't very mapley..... If you know what i mean... But it was still a really good drink. I now want to find another so i can compare it to. But its a definite BUY.
