Tenmile Little Rest American Single Malt Whisky Bourbon Cask

Tenmile Distillery has released two limited runs of the primary cask types used in their signature whiskies.  This “Bourbon Cask” is aged in American oak barrels that previously held Kentucky and Tennessee whiskies. Tenmile Distillery transports the barrels to their facility whole and complete and sometimes refills them within three days of their having been emptied. With a nose of fresh green apple, stone fruits and vanilla, this Single Malt Whisky finishes on the palate with soft vanilla, malty cereal flavors in a soft dry finish.
