Hailing from Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Greenhook’s American Dry Gin is created in a custom-made 300-liter copper pot still, specifically engineered to work under a vacuum, which removes air pressure from the still. Tommyrotter Barrel Aged Gin (Buffalo, NY)
Tommyrotter’s distinctive barrel aged gin is distilled in the same fashion as their award-winning American Gin, and rested post-distillation in white American oak barrels with a #3 char. The resulting spirit offers aromas of violet, baked pear, fennel, and honeyed nutmeg, complemented by flavors of apricot, clove, citrus peel, and vanilla.
