Brooklyn Gin was founded in 2010 by Emil Jättne and Joe Santos. The product is distilled and bottled at the Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery in Warwick, New York. Distillation occurs in a Christian Carl copper pot still; each batch yields 300 bottles of gin and the process takes three days. Brooklyn Gin is distilled using locally purchased fruit and a base spirit made from 100% American corn that is sourced from small farms.
