Jeffrey Baker grew up working on farms and was an early advocate of the farm-to-table movement. He founded Hillrock Estate Distillery on his family farm in Ancram, New York. Pairing up with Master Distiller David Pickerell, formerly the master distiller at Makers Mark, was a match made in heaven and the two have been producing some of New York's most sought-after spirits.
