Yobo Soju is made from grapes grown in the Finger Lakes AVA. No sulfites, preservatives, additives or sugars are added. Traditionally, Soju was distilled from rice, but is currently distilled from many different base ingredients including wheat, barley, potato tapioca and grapes.
Yobo Soju is made by hand using a zero-automation process by partners at Finger Lakes Distilling of Burdett, NY. Best served straight and ice-cold.
