Located 5 miles from Lake George, in a quiet and relaxed pastoral setting with 200 acres of land. Springbrook Hollow was the main source of water for the townspeople centuries ago and serves as the source for distillates today.
Distillation occurs in a copper pot still, using New York State grains and homegrown fruits. Grain is ground on site and products are aged in a renovated horse barn.
