combination, this time 90-10 in favor of the ex-bourbon barrel aged spirit.
This expression gives the opportunity to discover the effects of Sherry on a
majority-bourbon aged spirit – especially when compared with the General
Washington or the Double matured with their heavier Sherry cask influence.
