Tenmile Little Rest American Single Malt Whisky Pinot Noir Cask

Tenmile Distillery has released two limited runs of the primary cask types used in their signature whiskies.  This “Pinot Noir Cask” is aged in Francois Freres French oak barrels that previously held Williams Selyem Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. With a nose of plum, sour cherry, chocolate cinnamon and new leather, this Single Malt Whisky finishes on the palate full bodied with hints of red currant, coffee and a light honeyed finish.
