Distilled in the heart of the Black Dirt region of New York, each batch has been crafted from distinct grain ratios, aged in new charred oak, and then hand-selected when its unique flavor is ready.
While each batch is unique, all are aged for a minimum of 2 years in new charred American Oak, Char level 3. Distilled from: over 50% Black Dirt grown corn, the rest Malted Barley and Crystal malted Rye.
