80% Bourbon Barrel & 20% Sherry Cask – our “Export Cask” is married together following the methods employed by some of the favorite, famous Speyside/Highland Distilleries making use of Sherry Casks. We all know their names. Export casks were used to transport sherry to Glasgow safely, whereupon the sherry would be bottled and the casks would be refilled with whisky.
Nose: Soft notes of ripe honeydew melon with hints of freshly brewed coffee
