Growing up in South Africa, Master Distiller Kevin Herson, formulated concoctions with his now antique chemistry set. His love for culture led him to travel the world and experience food and drinks of all customs and varieties. With a doctorate degree, "The Doc" has developed a unique palate for distilling spirits, introducing unexampled palliative delights to the world of craft spirits.
The flagship green absinthe has been added to with the recent release of Doc Herson's Red Absinthe. A white absinthe is expected for the near future.
