Made from a base of 100% locally harvested NY White Round Marcy Potatoes that are triple distilled. Water is sourced from the Deepwells Glacial Aquifer located beneath the Pine Barrens forested watershed. The infusion of 28 botanicals takes place in a custom gin chamber on their pot still. The resulting Gin is then finished in oak barrels of Pine Barrels American Single Malt Whiskey.
The local and exotic botanicals including Watermelon, Chamomile, Grapefruit Zest and Cucumber, imparts a zesty bouquet of tangerine, lemon meringue, caramel and nutmeg.
